Born in 1988, Solomostry is an artist and designer with a degree in Graphic Design & Art Direction. Today he lives and works in his studio in Milan, where art and experience come together in his eclectic and innovative works. These, in fact, are characterized by the original and personal reworking of human faces and emotions, transformed into paintings, sculptures and installations. Underlying his research is a desire to want to capture the diversity behind every face, every expression, every human emotion that surrounds us. Through painting, Solomostry therefore wants to freeze moments of his past life and imagine moments of his future one. He manages to concretize memories, fleeting, impulsive, quick emotions and, to do so, he uses ever-changing techniques, shaping and transforming his expressive need into large-format works. The artist entrusts the development of his paintings to a dirty, rough stroke, with thick brushstrokes enriched by tonal contrasts, balanced by bright tones and perfect color balances. His sculptures and installations, on the other hand, boast the use of a wide variety of materials, satisfying from time to time the ongoing exploration of feelings. Solomostry is an artist who makes diversity and variety the core of his expression and way of expressing, in the round, the infinite world of emotions.
