1. Trademark ownership and operation of the Website
The website www.nove25.net (the “Website”) is the official digital channel of the NOVE25 brand.
Nove25 S.r.l. (“NOVE25”) owns the NOVE25 trademark and the related intellectual property rights.
Velara Brands, S.L. (“Velara”) operates and manages the Website pursuant to the agreements in place with NOVE25.
Velara also acts as Seller of Record and contractual seller for products purchased through the Website. Purchases made through the Website are governed by the applicable General Conditions of Sale.
These Terms of Use govern access to, browsing and use of the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, the User accepts these Terms of Use. If the User does not agree with them, the User must refrain from using the Website.
2. Use of the Website
The User undertakes to use the Website lawfully, diligently and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
