The initiative organised by Nove25 and governed by these rules (Initiative) runs from 15 Feb until 30 Apr 2024.

Purchases in physical stores in Italy

Users who wish to take part in the Initiative may go to one of the physical stores of Nove25 participating in the Initiative and make a purchase.

Purchases in physical stores in Switzerland

Users who wish to take part in the Initiative may go to one of Nove25's physical stores in Switzerland participating in the Initiative and make a purchase.
The physical stores in Switzerland participating in the Initiative are as follows:

A user who accesses a physical Nove25 store that is a member of the Initiative in Switzerland and makes a purchase of a "SHOPPER BAG NOVE25" (VARSHO00002/VARSHO00003/VARSHO00004) will be entitled to an immediate 75% discount on the product itself. Initiative valid while supplies last.

ART. 4 – AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

Nove25 may change these Rules at any time, provided that the amendments do not affect the rights acquired by users. In this instance, the amendments to the Rules shall be announced in the same manner that users were informed of the Rules or in an equivalent manner.

ART. 5 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

These Rules are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the application and/or execution of the Initiative shall be settled exclusively by the court where the user resides or is domiciled.
