ART. 1 – ORGANISING COMPANY

ART. 2 – DURATION

The initiative organised by Nove25 and governed by these rules (Initiative) runs from 1 June 2023 until 31 August 2023.

ART. 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Purchase on the Website

A user who purchases a product from the "Awake" Collection (see "Attachment 1") on the Site will be entitled to an immediate 75% discount for the purchase of a "SHOPPER BAG NOVE25" (VARSHO00002/VARSHO00003/VARSHO00004).

Purchases in physical stores in Italy

Users who wish to take part in the Initiative may go to one of the physical stores of Nove25 participating in the Initiative and make a purchase of a product from the "Awake" Collection (see "Attachment 1").

The physical stores in Italy that are taking part in the Initiative are as follows:

- Nove25 Milano
- Nove25 Milano Corso Buenos Aires
- Nove25 Roma
- Nove25 Monza
- Nove25 Firenze
- Nove25 Como
- Nove25 Varese
- Nove25 Bergamo
- Nove25 Brescia
- Nove25 Bologna
- Nove25 Torino
- Nove25 Novara
- Nove25 Bari
- Nove25 Roma Appia

A user who accesses a physical store participating in the Initiative and makes a purchase of a product from the "Awake" Collection (see "Attachment 1"), will be entitled to an immediate discount of 75% for the purchase of a "SHOPPER BAG NOVE25" (VARSHO00002/VARSHO00003/VARSHO00004). 

Purchases in physical stores in Switzerland

Users who wish to take part in the Initiative may go to one of the physical stores of Nove25 that are participating in the Initiative in Switzerland and make a purchase of a product from the "Awake" collection (see "Attachment 1").

The physical stores in Switzerland that are taking part in the Initiative are as follows:

- Nove25 Lugano
- Nove25 Zurich

A user who accesses a physical store of Nove25, a member of the Initiative in Switzerland, and makes the purchase of a product from the "Awake" Collection (see "Attachment 1"), will be entitled to a discount 75% immediate discount on the purchase of a "SHOPPER BAG NOVE25" (VARSHO00002/VARSHO00003/VARSHO00004). 

ART. 4 – AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

Nove25 may change these Rules at any time, provided that the amendments do not affect the rights acquired by users. In this instance, the amendments to the Rules shall be announced in the same manner that users were informed of the Rules or in an equivalent manner.

ART. 5 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

These Rules are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the application and/or execution of the Initiative shall be settled exclusively by the court where the user resides or is domiciled.
