Nove25 operates in accordance with Italian law (D.LGS 206/2005).
Clients who have bought a product in a Nove25 store or via the website www.nove25.net can return the product within 14 days of sale or the delivery within the terms and process laid out below.
Shipping online returns
When a client has purchased a product via the website www.nove25.net they can complete the online returns form that can be found in the “My Account” section of the website, and send the product to the address provided during the returns process. All returns must follow the correct procedure and acceptance terms that will be communicated via email; if the client does not accept these terms, Nove25 cannot process the return request. Please note that the return must be sent within 30 days of filling out a return request form on the website. Following the request, the client will receive a returns number that must be given to the pre-chosen courier for the return shipment, so it can be included on the shipping receipt. If not otherwise stated, the cost of the return is the sole responsibility of the client. In all cases, in order to have the right to a full reimbursement of a product, the item must be returned in full, in the same state in which it was sold, in the original packaging and with any accessories and all its original content. The cost of the returned item will be reimbursed to the persons who finalized the order, through one of the methods used by Nove25, and only after the returned item has been received, checked and confirmed.
Clients who have purchased made to measure products or items that have been personalized at the time of sale in a Nove25 store, or via the website www.nove25.net will not be able to return these items.
INFORMATION RELATING TO EXERCISING THE RIGHTS OF THE CONSUMER CODE (D.LGS 206/2005)
A client has the right to cancel an order, without providing a reason, within 14 days of their order. The cancellation may relate to some or part of the order. To exercise the right to cancellation, a client can fill in the returns request form within 14 days of shipment. The form can be found in the My Account area on the Nove25 website, indicating in the reasons for return section, “Right of return”. The client can also send a written returns request via post, within 14 days of shipment, to Nove25 Srl, Via Raffaello Sanzio, 19/21 - 20149 Milano (MI), specifying the will to revoke the sale and the reasons the client intends to exercise to invoke the right of return. On the website, Nove25 provides a form that clients can use to communicate the right of return. If the client has sent a cancellation request, including through the My Account area on the Nove25 website, they will receive a confirmation of receipt for the cancellation that will include details on how to return the item and the delivery address that it must arrive at within 14 days of our communication. In order to respect the terms of cancellation, the client must send the correct communications within the required time period. If the client agrees to the following contract, they will be reimbursed all the payments they have made to us, without delays and in any case, not more than 14 days from the day we have been informed of the cancellation of the current contract. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method the client used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise requested; in any case, the client should not sustain any consequence from the refund.
The refund can be suspended until the returns process has been completed. The cost of returning any purchase is the client’s responsibility. Items cannot be returned by standard post delivery, the costs of direct return are potentially estimated to be between 20% - 40% higher than those quoted in the purchase phase, highlighted as “Delivery”. The changes may be due to the pre-chosen courier and the conditions applied by the customer and the final user.
