The initiative organised by Nove25 and governed by these rules (Initiative) runs from 11 Nov 2023 until 12 Nov 2023.

ART. 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Purchase on the Website

The user who purchases on the Site, with reference to a single order, one product will be entitled to an immediate discount of 11%; in the case of the purchase of two or more products will be entitled to an immediate discount of 22%.

For the purposes of making a purchase on the Site to take part in the Initiative, the following products are excluded: Collaborations; products from the new "Bright XMas" Collection - see "Attachment 1; products from the Fine Jewelry category; Custom Free products; products from the Dog Fever & Cat Fever Collections; Gift Cards; MyNove25 Processing; products from the "non-jewelry" categories; products already on promotion.

Users who wish to take part in the Initiative can go to one of Nove25's physical stores in Switzerland that participate in the Initiative and make a purchase.

Users who, when accessing a physical store of Nove25, taking part in the Initiative in Switzerland, make a purchase of one product will be entitled to an immediate discount of 11%; in the case of purchasing two or more products will be entitled to an immediate discount of 22%. For the purposes of making a purchase at a physical store to take part in the Initiative, the following products are excluded: Collaborations; products from the new "Bright XMas" Collection - see "Attachment 1; products from the Fine Jewelry category; Custom Free products; products from the Dog Fever & Cat Fever Collections; Gift Cards; MyNove25 Processing; products from the "non-jewelry" categories; and products already on promotion.

ART. 4 – AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

Nove25 may change these Rules at any time, provided that the amendments do not affect the rights acquired by users. In this instance, the amendments to the Rules shall be announced in the same manner that users were informed of the Rules or in an equivalent manner.

ART. 5 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

These Rules are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the application and/or execution of the Initiative shall be settled exclusively by the court where the user resides or is domiciled.
