ART. 2 – DURATION

The initiative organized by Nove25 and governed by this regulation (Initiative) lasts from March 13th to March 19th, 2023.

ART. 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Purchase on the Website

The user who purchases on the Site, with reference to a single order, an amount equal to or greater than euro 49.00 / CHF 49.00 / $ 49.00 / £ 49.00, will be entitled to an immediate discount of euro 20.00 / CHF 20.00 / $ 20.00 / £ 20.00 (depending on the currency provided in the country from which access to the Site is made) for the purchase of the "NOVE25 TRAVEL JEWELRY CASE" (VARAST00003).

Purchases in physical stores in Italy

The user who intends to participate in the Initiative can go to one of Nove25's physical stores that participate in the Initiative and make a purchase.

The user who, by accessing a physical store participating in the initiative, with reference to a single order, an amount equal to or greater than euro 49.00 / CHF 49.00 / $ 49.00 / £ 49.00, will be entitled to an immediate discount of euro 20.00 / CHF 20.00 / $ 20.00 / £ 20.00 (depending on the currency provided in the country from which access to the Site is made) for the purchase of the "NOVE25 TRAVEL JEWELRY CASE" (VARAST00003).

The user who intends to participate in the Initiative can go to one of Nove25's physical stores that participate in the Initiative and make a purchase.

The user who, by accessing a physical store participating in the initiative, with reference to a single order, an amount equal to or greater than euro 49.00 / CHF 49.00 / $ 49.00 / £ 49.00, will be entitled to an immediate discount of euro 20.00 / CHF 20.00 / $ 20.00 / £ 20.00 (depending on the currency provided in the country from which access to the Site is made) for the purchase of the "NOVE25 TRAVEL JEWELRY CASE" (VARAST00003).

ART. 4 – AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES

Nove25 may change these Rules at any time, provided that the amendments do not affect the rights acquired by users. In this instance, the amendments to the Rules shall be announced in the same manner that users were informed of the Rules or in an equivalent manner.

ART. 5 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

These Rules are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the application and/or execution of the Initiative shall be settled exclusively by the court where the user resides or is domiciled.
